The problem
scarcity is the entire conversion mechanic in drop commerce, and it stops working the second the numbers stop adding up.
The approach
one rule — 24 pieces per style, and every number on the site computed from it. a live countdown to the drop closing, a hover-reveal grid, and an editorial photography system generated to a single locked night-shoot direction across 38 frames.
