Service Delivery

Pixelform sells services, not goods. There is nothing to ship, no courier, no tracking number, and no delivery address. Everything is delivered electronically.

Audits

We send the intake form immediately after purchase. It takes about two minutes. The audit is materially better when it is filled in, which is why we wait for it.

If we are going to miss the date, we will tell you before it passes and give you a new one. If we miss it without telling you, the rush fee is refunded where one was paid, and where none was paid you may take the next audit at half price.

Projects

Timelines are set in the Statement of Work, with milestone dates agreed before work starts. Typical ranges, for planning:

Delivery is by shared repository, Figma file, and a handover document. Files are yours; we do not hold them hostage against payment, though ownership formally transfers on final payment.

Bookings

Calls are booked through clndr.pro. You get a confirmation and a calendar invite immediately. Reschedule from the link in that email.

If something doesn't arrive

Check spam first — walkthrough videos and file links get filtered more than anything else we send. If it's genuinely not there, write to support@pixelform.design and we will resend within one business day.

Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, not by any returns process.
