Privacy Policy
last updated 2026-08-09 · devsforfun Studio (OPC) Private Limited
This policy covers pixelform.design and our client engagements. Pixelform is a brand of devsforfun Studio (OPC) Private Limited.
Your devsforfun ID account, authentication and billing data are handled by devsforfun ID under its own Privacy Policy, which covers account details, security events, OAuth consents and payment metadata. This page does not repeat that — read it alongside.
We handle personal data under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where they apply to you, the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the CCPA.
What we collect, and why
When you buy an audit. Your name, email, the URL of the site being audited, and whatever you tell us in the intake form about your business and your customers. We use it to do the work and to deliver it to you. Payment is handled by devsforfun ID and Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
When you book a call. Your name, email, and the times you select. Booking runs through clndr.pro. We use this to hold the call and to follow up on it.
When you become a project client. Whatever you share with us to do the work — brand material, analytics access, content, credentials where you choose to grant them. We use it only for your engagement.
When you email us. The contents of your message and your address, so we can reply.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share it with advertisers.
- We do not publish anything about your business without your agreement in writing. See the section below.
- We do not put your confidential material into consumer AI tools.
AI tools
We use AI in our work. Where we do, we use business-tier services under terms that do not train on our inputs, and we do not upload client credentials, personal data about your customers, or material you have marked confidential. Public information about your site — the pages themselves — may be processed by AI tools as part of an audit.
Publishing work
Our standard client agreement lets us show completed project work in our portfolio. What that means in practice:
- We never publish a paid audit. Audits are yours and stay private.
- Teardowns published on this site are of sites we chose ourselves and were not paid for.
- We publish a project case study only under the credit option agreed in your Statement of Work — named, anonymised, or nothing at all.
- We will not quote you without asking first.
How long we keep it
| What | How long | | --- | --- | | Audit intake and delivery | 3 years | | Project files and correspondence | 3 years after the engagement ends | | Invoices and financial records | 8 years, as Indian law requires |
We delete earlier on request, except where we are required to keep financial records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Write to support@pixelform.design and we will respond within 30 days.
For data held in your devsforfun ID account, use the tools on the devsforfun privacy pages — export, deletion, and data requests are handled there.
If you are in the EU or UK you may complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in India you may complain to the Data Protection Board.
Transfers
We operate from India. Our tooling includes services hosted in the United States and the European Union — hosting, database, email, scheduling, and AI providers. Where personal data moves between countries we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
