Terms of Service
last updated 2026-08-09 · devsforfun Studio (OPC) Private Limited
These terms govern your use of pixelform.design and your purchase of services from Pixelform. Pixelform is a brand operated by devsforfun Studio (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India ("we", "us", "Pixelform"). By using this site or purchasing a service, you accept these terms.
Payments are processed through devsforfun ID. Your account, billing details and payment records are governed by the devsforfun ID Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these terms. Where the two conflict on a matter specific to a Pixelform service, these terms govern.
1. What we sell
We sell design and engineering services. Two things you buy in different ways:
Audits — bought directly on this site, delivered as a recorded walkthrough and a written action plan.
Projects — brand systems, websites, design systems, and software builds. These are scoped in a call and governed by a separate written Statement of Work signed by both parties. These terms apply to any Statement of Work, but the Statement of Work governs where the two differ.
Prices, scope and turnaround for each service are stated on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may change; the price in force is the one displayed when you pay.
2. The audit
What you get. A recorded walkthrough of your site and a written action plan, delivered by the turnaround date shown at checkout. Standard turnaround is five business days from the date we receive your completed intake form. Rush service, where purchased, is 48 hours from the same point.
When the clock starts. On receipt of your completed intake form, not on payment. We will send the form immediately after purchase. If we do not receive it within 30 days, we may treat the audit as delivered and close it.
What it is not. An audit is professional opinion and analysis. It is not a guarantee of any commercial outcome, ranking, conversion rate, or revenue result. Any figures, estimates or projections in an audit are illustrative. You are responsible for the decisions you make after reading it.
Our guarantee. If the audit does not give you something you can act on, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will redo it from a different angle at no charge. No justification required. This applies once per audit. Payments are not refundable — see our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
Audit credit. The full amount you paid for an audit is credited against any project you book with us within 30 days of the audit being delivered. The credit is applied to the first invoice of that project. It is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and expires at 30 days.
3. Your right to cancel, and why we ask you to waive it
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital services.
Because we begin work on your audit immediately, we ask you to consent to that at checkout. You will see a checkbox that reads:
"I want work on my audit to begin immediately, and I understand that once it has started I lose my 14-day right to cancel."
We record the time you give this consent. If you do not tick it, we will hold your order and start after the 14-day period has passed. You can tell us to start earlier at any time by replying to your order email.
This does not affect your rights where the service we deliver is not what we described.
4. Discount codes
Discount codes granted through Roast My Website, or any other code we issue, are subject to these rules unless stated otherwise when the code is issued:
- One per devsforfun ID account, for the lifetime of the account.
- Valid for 60 days from the date the code is granted.
- Applies to audits only, never to projects.
- Not combinable with any other discount or launch rate.
- Not exchangeable for cash and not transferable.
We may withdraw or change a code programme at any time. Codes already granted and unexpired are honoured.
5. Intellectual property
Our site. Everything on pixelform.design — text, design, code, imagery, and the audits and teardowns we publish — belongs to us unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it, resell it, or train a model on it.
Your audit. The audit document we deliver to you is yours. Use it however you like, including giving it to another agency or acting on it yourself. We retain ownership of the underlying framework, templates and methodology we used to produce it, and we may reuse those on other engagements.
Project work. Ownership of project deliverables is dealt with in the Statement of Work. Our standard position: all rights in the final deliverables assign to you on receipt of final payment in full; until then they remain ours. We retain ownership of pre-existing and reusable components, systems and tooling, and grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables. We retain the right to display and describe the work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Third-party licences. Fonts, stock photography, audio and premium icon sets carry their own licences and are purchased by you, in your name, directly from the licensor. We will tell you what is needed before you commit to anything. We do not resell or sublicense them, and we are not responsible for your compliance with their terms.
Our teardowns. Teardowns published on this site are independent, unsolicited, unpaid commentary and criticism. We have no affiliation with the companies reviewed. Screenshots are used for the purpose of criticism and review. If you are named in one and want to respond, we will publish your response alongside it.
6. AI-assisted work
We use AI tools in our process, including for imagery, code and research. Where imagery in your deliverables is AI-generated we will tell you, and you can choose to supply your own photography or licensed stock instead. All work is directed, reviewed and approved by a human before delivery. We do not upload your confidential material to consumer AI tools.
7. What we don't promise
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant any specific commercial result, and nothing on this site is legal, financial, or tax advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Things we won't work on
We may decline or stop any engagement, with a pro-rata refund of any unearned fee, where the work would involve unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or material we judge to be harmful or deceptive.
9. Tax & invoicing
Pixelform is operated by devsforfun Studio (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India.
Current status. We are not presently registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Our aggregate turnover is below the registration threshold, and no GST is charged on your invoice. You will receive a Bill of Supply rather than a tax invoice, marked "GST not applicable — unregistered supplier under the GST Act."
If this changes. Once we are registered, invoices will carry our GSTIN. For clients outside India our services will be treated as a zero-rated export and no GST will be added. For clients in India, GST at the applicable rate will be added to the prices shown. We will update this page when that happens, and the terms in force at the time of your transaction are the ones that apply to it. We will not add tax retrospectively to work already invoiced.
Currency. Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars. The currency shown at checkout is the currency of the transaction. Our payment processor may settle the amount to us in another currency; that is a settlement matter between us and the processor and does not change what you are charged. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or cross-border fee, which is a matter between you and them.
Your own taxes. Any withholding tax, VAT, sales tax, or other charge applicable to you in your own country is your responsibility, and amounts payable to us are not reduced by it.
10. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your transaction. Material changes will be dated above.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Parvathipuram, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you rights in your local courts.
