Cancellation & Refunds

Pixelform is operated by devsforfun Studio (OPC) Private Limited. Payments are processed through devsforfun ID, and the devsforfun Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies to your account and billing. This page sets out how it works for Pixelform services specifically.

Payments are not refundable

All payments to Pixelform are final. This applies to audits, project deposits, milestone payments, and retainer fees.

We do not think that leaves you exposed, because of what we offer instead.

Instead of a refund — the audit guarantee

If an audit does not give you something you can act on, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will do it again, from a different angle, at no charge.

  • No justification required. Reply to your delivery email and say so.
  • Once per audit.
  • The redo runs on the same turnaround as the original.

We would rather do the work twice than have you feel you wasted the money.

The audit credit

The full amount you paid for an audit is credited against any project you book within 30 days of delivery. If you go on to work with us, the audit effectively cost you nothing.

The credit is applied to the first project invoice. It is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expires at 30 days.

Projects

Projects are governed by a signed Statement of Work, which sets out the payment schedule, the scope, and what happens if either side stops.

  • Payments already made are not refundable.
  • You may cancel a project in writing at any time. You pay for work completed and work in progress up to that date; anything unearned from a milestone already paid is credited, not refunded, and can be applied to future work for 12 months.
  • If we cancel a project for any reason other than your breach of the Statement of Work, we refund any unearned portion of what you have paid.
  • If a project stalls because we are waiting on you, we will tell you. After 30 days of no response we may close the engagement and invoice for work completed.

Retainers

  • Cancel any time with 30 days written notice.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. The period you have already paid for runs to its end.
  • Fees for the current and past periods are not refunded, because you had the capacity available for those periods.

The one exception

A duplicate charge, or a charge taken in error — for example being billed twice for the same purchase, or charged after a confirmed cancellation — is reviewed case by case and refunded in full to the original payment method once verified. There are no other exceptions.

Consumers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital services. At checkout we ask you to consent to work beginning immediately, which ends that right once work has started. If you did not give that consent, your 14-day right is unaffected and you may cancel within it for a full refund.

This does not affect your rights where what we delivered is not what we described.

How to raise something

Reply to your order email, or write to support@pixelform.design from the address on your account. Include the date, the amount, and the payment reference if you have it. We respond within two business days.
